“Provider” is the company “PRODUCE-IT.COM” OU (14733798).
Harju maakond, Tallinn, Nomme linnaosa, Rannaku pst 12, 10917, which provides the eponymous eco-system with products and services.

“System” - the provider's website located at https://produce-it.com, consisting of those created within its framework
functionality and technology.

“User” - a person who has an account and uses the functionality of the site.

“Registration” - the user filling out the registration form located on the site by indicating the necessary information.

“Personal data” - user data that he provides during registration or in the process of using the site.

“Regulatory documents” - documents approved by the provider that regulate the relations of the provider with users, located on the website in the relevant sections - “Privacy Policy”, etc.

“Error” - violation of the functional activity of the account due to technical problems and system failures contributing to the incorrect display of information.

4. Change of personal data

4.1. The user can at any time change (update, supplement) personal data on the site and IP products.
4.2. The user at any time has the right to delete personal data from the account and from the system’s products.
4.3. The user guarantees that all personal data in his account and on the products is relevant and does not apply to third parties.
 


5. Protection of personal data

5.1. The provider provides adequate protection of personal and other data in accordance with the law and takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.
5.2. The applied protection measures also allow protecting personal data from illegal or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with them.



6. Personal data of third parties used by Users

6.1. Using the system, the user has the right to enter the data of third parties into a specially developed functional for the subsequent invitation and cooperation with them.
6.2. The user undertakes to obtain the consent of the subject of personal data for their use through the system.
6.3. The provider undertakes to take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of personal data of third parties.
6.4. The user agrees not to use the personal data of third parties, as it were, on his own behalf in the IP products of the system.

 

7. Other Provisions

7.1. All possible disputes arising from this privacy policy are subject to resolution in accordance with applicable law at the place of registration of the provider.
7.2. If the user wishes to sue, then before applying to the court, the user must send the appropriate claim in writing to the provider. The response period for a claim is 30 (thirty) business days.
7.3. The provider has the right at any time to change the privacy policy (in whole or in particular) unilaterally without prior agreement with the user. All changes take effect the day after posting on the site.
7.4. The user undertakes to independently monitor changes in the privacy policy by reviewing the relevant information on the site.
